守护信使（RescueSignal）是一款紧急求助工具应用。我们高度重视您的个人信息和隐私保护。本应用不会收集、存储、分析或向任何第三方传输您的个人信息。所有由您主动产生的数据（位置、照片、录音）均直接由您的设备发送至您指定的紧急联系人邮箱，我们不会在任何服务器上存储这些内容。

一、我们收集的信息

守护信使本身不会主动收集任何用户信息。以下所有数据均由您在应用内主动操作产生，并在您授权后直接发送至您指定的邮箱地址，不经过我们的服务器，不在我们的服务器上存储。

1. 位置信息

当您触发求助功能时，应用会获取您设备的当前位置坐标，用于生成包含位置链接的求助邮件。该位置信息由您的手机获取，直接附加至邮件正文，不经过我们的服务器。

2. 照片

当您使用拍照求助功能时，照片由您的设备相机直接拍摄，直接附加至求助邮件，不经过我们的服务器，发送后不保留。

3. 录音

当您使用录音求助功能时，录音文件由您的设备麦克风直接录制，直接附加至求助邮件，不经过我们的服务器，发送后不保留。

4. 紧急联系人邮箱

您在应用中填写的紧急联系人邮箱地址，仅用于向该地址发送求助邮件。我们不会将此邮箱存储在我们的服务器上，也不会用于任何其他目的。

5. 设备权限

为实现上述功能，应用会请求以下设备权限：

• 位置权限 — 用于获取求助时的位置坐标
• 相机权限 — 用于拍摄求助照片
• 麦克风权限 — 用于录制求助录音
• 存储权限 — 用于保存和发送照片、录音文件
• 网络权限 — 用于发送求助邮件
• 前台服务权限 — 用于在后台持续监控设备状态，确保紧急求助功能在需要时能够及时响应
• 悬浮窗权限（显示在其他应用上层） — 在 OnePlus、OPPO、华为/荣耀等品牌设备上，系统对后台服务的摄像头和麦克风访问有额外限制，即使应用正在以前台服务运行也可能无法访问。本应用需要此权限在执行紧急录音或拍照时短暂创建一个 1×1 像素的完全透明窗口（用户不可见），操作结束后立即移除。此窗口不显示任何内容，不收集任何信息，仅用于解决特定设备的系统兼容性问题。
• 电池优化权限（忽略电池优化） — 为确保紧急时刻应用能够持续运行并及时响应求助请求，应用需要请求系统忽略电池优化限制。这是安全类应用的核心需求，防止系统在后台自动关闭应用导致紧急功能失效。此权限仅用于保障应用在紧急时刻的可用性，不会用于其他目的。

二、信息存储与安全

我们不存储任何用户数据。 您产生的位置、照片、录音均直接发送至您指定的邮箱地址。求助邮件的发送由您设备的邮件客户端或系统邮件服务完成，我们不参与邮件的传输和存储过程。

因此，我们无法对您数据的存储安全负责，相关安全责任由您的邮件服务提供商承担。

我们不会与任何第三方共享您的任何信息。 您的紧急联系人邮箱地址、求助内容、位置、照片、录音均仅用于向您指定的邮箱发送求助邮件，不存在任何第三方共享情形。

四、订阅与结算服务

本应用使用 Google Play 结算服务（Google Play Billing）处理订阅和付费。当您购买订阅时：

• 支付信息由 Google Play 处理，我们不会收集或存储您的支付信息
• 订阅状态由 Google Play 管理，用于验证您的购买和提供相应服务
• 订阅会自动续费，您可以在 Google Play 账户设置中随时取消
• 新用户可享受7天免费试用，试用结束后将自动转为付费订阅（除非您提前取消）

五、您的权利

RescueSignal is an emergency safety assistance app. We highly value your personal information and privacy. This app does not collect, store, analyze, or transmit any of your personal information to any third party. All data you actively generate (location, photos, audio) is sent directly from your device to your designated emergency contact email address — we do not store any of this content on any server.

1. Information We Collect

RescueSignal does not proactively collect any user information. All data below is generated by your active actions within the app and is sent directly to your designated email address with your authorization, without passing through or being stored on our servers.

1.1 Location Information

When you trigger the emergency function, the app obtains your device's current GPS coordinates to generate a location link included in the emergency email. This location data is obtained by your phone and directly embedded in the email body, without passing through our servers.

1.2 Photos

When you use the photo emergency function, photos are captured directly by your device's camera and attached directly to the emergency email. They are not retained after sending and do not pass through our servers.

1.3 Audio Recordings

When you use the audio emergency function, recordings are captured directly by your device's microphone and attached directly to the emergency email. They are not retained after sending and do not pass through our servers.

1.4 Emergency Contact Email

The emergency contact email address you configure in the app is used solely to send emergency emails to that address. We do not store this email on our servers or use it for any other purpose.

1.5 Device Permissions

To provide the above features, the app requests the following device permissions:

• Location Permission — To obtain GPS coordinates when an emergency is triggered
• Camera Permission — To capture emergency photos
• Microphone Permission — To record emergency audio
• Storage Permission — To temporarily save photo and audio files for sending
• Network Permission — To send emergency emails
• Foreground Service Permission — To continuously monitor device status in the background and ensure emergency features respond promptly when needed
• Overlay Permission (Display over other apps) — On certain Android devices such as OnePlus, OPPO, and Huawei/Honor, the system restricts background access to the camera and microphone — even for foreground services. This app requires this permission to briefly create a 1×1 pixel fully transparent, invisible window immediately before emergency audio recording or photo capture, which is removed as soon as the operation completes. This window displays nothing, collects no information, and is used solely to resolve a system compatibility issue on affected devices.
• Battery Optimization Permission (Ignore Battery Optimization) — To ensure the app can continue running and respond promptly to emergency requests, the app needs to request the system to ignore battery optimization restrictions. This is a core requirement for safety apps to prevent the system from automatically closing the app in the background, which could cause emergency features to become unavailable. This permission is used solely to ensure app availability during emergencies and not for any other purpose.

2. Data Storage and Security

We do not store any user data. Your location, photos, and audio are sent directly to your designated email address. The sending of emergency emails is handled by your device's email client or system mail service, and we do not participate in the transmission or storage process.

Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the security of your data storage; such responsibility lies with your email service provider.

3. Information Sharing

We do not share any of your information with any third party. Your emergency contact email address, emergency content, location, photos, and audio are used solely to send emergency emails to your designated address, with no third-party sharing involved.

4. Subscription and Billing Services

This app uses Google Play Billing to handle subscriptions and payments. When you purchase a subscription:

• Payment information is processed by Google Play; we do not collect or store your payment information
• Subscription status is managed by Google Play to verify your purchase and provide corresponding services
• Subscriptions automatically renew and you can cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings
• New users can enjoy a 7-day free trial, after which the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription (unless you cancel in advance)
