守护信使是一款紧急求助工具应用，旨在帮助用户在遇到紧急情况时，通过电子邮件向紧急联系人发送求助信息，包含位置、照片、录音等。

本应用的设计原则：

• 不收集、不存储用户数据
• 所有数据由用户主动操作产生
• 数据直接发送至用户指定的邮箱，不经过第三方服务器

三、用途限制

您同意仅将守护信使用于合法的紧急求助目的，不得利用本应用从事任何违法、欺诈、骚扰、威胁、侵犯他人权益或其他不当行为。

您理解并同意：

1. 本应用是辅助求助工具，不能替代专业救援服务
2. 求助邮件的及时性和有效性取决于邮件服务和网络状况
3. 紧急联系人收到邮件后的响应取决于联系人本人
4. 我们不对紧急联系人的响应行为承担任何责任

四、紧急联系人与数据使用

1. 您的责任 — 您应确保紧急联系人同意接收来自本应用的求助邮件
2. 数据控制权 — 您产生的一切数据（位置、照片、录音）的控制权归您所有
3. 发送对象 — 求助邮件仅发送至您指定的紧急联系人邮箱，我们无法访问这些内容

五、知识产权

守护信使应用本体（包括但不限于界面设计、功能逻辑、代码）归开发者所有，受相关知识产权法律法规保护。您不得对本应用进行反编译、逆向工程、破解或任何形式的篡改。

六、免责声明

您明确理解并同意，使用本应用产生的风险由您自行承担。在法律允许的最大范围内：

1. 本应用按"原样"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证
2. 我们不保证求助邮件一定能够及时送达、不保证紧急联系人一定能够响应
3. 我们不对因使用本应用而导致的任何直接或间接损失负责
4. 我们不对因邮件服务提供商、网络运营商、手机厂商等第三方原因导致的任何问题负责
5. 位置信息的准确性取决于您设备的定位能力和当前环境

七、服务变更与终止

我们保留随时修改或中断本应用服务的权利，恕不另行通知。我们不对任何修改、中断或终止承担任何责任。

八、协议修改

我们可能不时修改本协议。修改后的协议将在应用内公布，继续使用即表示您接受修改后的内容。

本协议的解释、执行和争议解决适用中华人民共和国法律。如发生与本协议相关的争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任一方可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

2. About RescueSignal

RescueSignal is an emergency safety assistance app designed to help users send emergency alerts — including location, photos, and audio — to their designated emergency contacts via email when faced with urgent situations.

Core Design Principles:

• We do not collect or store any user data
• All data is generated by the user's active actions
• Data is sent directly to the user's designated email address without passing through any third-party server

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use RescueSignal solely for lawful emergency safety purposes. You shall not use this app for any illegal, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, rights-violating, or otherwise improper activities.

You understand and agree that:

1. This app is an auxiliary emergency tool and cannot replace professional emergency services
2. The timeliness and effectiveness of emergency emails depend on the email service and network conditions
3. The response of emergency contacts after receiving the email depends solely on the contact themselves
4. We bear no responsibility for the actions or responses of your emergency contacts

4. Emergency Contacts and Data Usage

1. Your Responsibility — You are responsible for ensuring your emergency contacts consent to receive emergency emails from this app
2. Data Control — You retain full control over all data you generate (location, photos, audio)
3. Intended Recipients — Emergency emails are sent only to your designated emergency contact email address; we have no access to this content

5. Intellectual Property

RescueSignal (including but not limited to its interface design, functional logic, and code) is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, crack, or otherwise modify this app in any way.

6. Disclaimer

You explicitly understand and agree that any risks arising from the use of this app are entirely your own responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

1. This app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
2. We do not guarantee that emergency emails will be delivered promptly, or that emergency contacts will respond
3. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this app
4. We are not liable for any issues caused by third parties such as email service providers, network carriers, or device manufacturers
5. The accuracy of location information depends on your device's positioning capabilities and current environment

7. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this app's services at any time without prior notice. We bear no responsibility for any modification, interruption, or termination.

8. Agreement Amendments

We may amend this agreement from time to time. Updated terms will be published within the app, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
